How to Buy a Home

Don't be intimidated by the thought of buying your first home.  Just follow our process below, and don't worry - we're here to help you!

1) Contact Affinity Mortgage and Pre-qualify - You'll know what loan best fits you and how much money you'll need to complete your purchase, and what your payment will be.  You'll know how much you can spend.

2) Shop for a home - It's generally recomended to use a realtor, especially for the first time you buy a home.  Realtor.com is a great website to shop for a home.  Most local realtors also have their own websites as well.

3) When you've found your new home tell Affinity Mortgage.  We'll walk you through the rest of the process.
